# Publish & Unpublish

Content can be published or unpublished, but can also have unpublished changes.

You can create pages and save them, they won't show on the front end of your website until they are published. Same goes for published pages that you make changes too and save them.

The original content will continue to show on the front end until your publish your saved changes. The page will show as faded in the tree if it has unpublished changes/is unpublished.
